Meet Joneé.
Joneé (or JoJo for short) is the Head Decor Huntress at 47th x Ashley. Her background is in fashion editorial where she freelanced for Town&Country Magazine, LOVE Magazine, Glamour Magazine and more. She jetted off to locations like Fiji, St. Lucia and up and down the island of Manhattan for work — she claims it was pretty hard work.
Her time spent as a stylist’s assistant taught her that one of the most important life skills is the ability to edit. Edit clothes, edit home, edit life, it’s a crucial skill. Her editing skills brought 47th x Ashley to life, as she wanted to create a space for conversation-starting home decor pieces.
47th x Ashley is a mashup of her childhood home address, 47 Ashley Court in a quaint Connecticut town. 47th x Ashley is an actualization of the interior design she witnessed growing up, a skill passed down from her mother and carried on by Joneé. The Origin Stories collection is an ode to many things, but most of all she hopes you find yourself in the collection and in the boutique as it grows.
